Aim:
Project Fairness goes outdoor focuses on working and living conditions in outdoor clothing companies and their supply chains in developing countries. The goal is for outdoor companies to commit to improved implementation of CSR policies and international labour standards.
One of the ways to achieve this goal is to engage and mobilise public, in our case young people, who are interested in outdoor sports (see target group). Slogan will be used for addressing this target group.
There are three partners of the project – from Austria, Germany and the Czech republic. Partners had chosen common slogan and language specific sublines (German and Czech). There will be no common logo, therefore the slogan should fulfil also this purpose.

Target group:
13-26 years – young people who are fans of outdoor sports or actively do outdoor sports (f.e.: skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, climbing, hiking, running, cycling etc.)
Use of slogan:
Presentation and media communication through several channels
− website
− social networks: Facebook page, Twitter, YouTube etc.
− promotional materials – banners, printed information, buttons, stickers, fliers
− communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
− Slogan and subline are logically interconnected and should therefore create a coherent complex
− Visual should be eye-catching and interesting
− Visual should be in line with life style of young people in target group – fresh, modern, dynamic
− Content should be “readable” even in small size f.e. on a sticker 3,5 x 3,5 cm
− Slogan with subline can be used on different shapes of materials, also round
− There is no colour preference, however, the visual should be understandable even in black and white form
− The graphic proposal should contain also watermark – semitransparent and inverse version
− It is not required, but in ideal case the visual would fit into the style of three websites of partners

Das INKOTA-netzwerk steht seit über 35 Jahren für unabhängiges entwicklungspolitisches Engagement. In der Bildungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit ist das Engagement in Kampagnen, wie der Kampagne für Saubere Kleidung, für bessere Arbeitsbedingungen in der globalen Bekleidungsindustrie oder für mehr Gerechtigkeit im Welthandel, ein wichtiger Schwerpunkt. Denn Entwicklung beginnt im eigenen Land.
