Poster design for Chicago Flyer Awareness Campaign

This design will be used for a 12x18 poster in stores, 5x7 cards to stuff in goodie bags at races, advertising in print and on-line, sponsorship ads, websites. I must be able to modify it to fit the requirements of different organizations. The poster will be used for 3 years. The image for this youth club is very cool and exciting. Urban. Team colors are black and red. Mostly adults view this.

HI...I'm sorry but I d'on't understand the purpose of the poster...It is like a coporate image? or for advertise the organisation in general? you explain that is necessary that the piece could be edited...Possible is for indlude partners or sponsors?

Sorry don't get my wrong please, but if everyone comes with the same argument like yours why should we need a guarantee if evryone belongs to Mother Theresa of Calcutta Order? I dont think thats a good deal for 2 ddesigners. Isn't it?

I talked with 12Designers and they reassured me that with my past track record that I would not have any problems.

Hi. As middleman in different projects you know its no easy to get the right people on board without guarantee. Nobody want to spend time and work without it. I understand you but I think you should contact 12 Deisgners to find a solution. Regards and good luck!

At this point the project is not prepaid. I have used 12designer for 2 projects and always paid. I am desperate for the posters to be completed. This is the only method that I am using to get the posters so I am relying on this service.
If I can figure out how to change it to prepaid, I will but PLEASE go ahead and start creating!
