Guaranteed Project not Payed !!!!!

Hi All designers i win Guaranteed Project but the Project holder don't replay on my messages, i Upload Source file... he award me as winner on 16/12/2011....
till now he dont pay me....
i contact with 12designer.com and i dont received answer ....
What i can do now ?

Not much; the second the project is awarded, the contract is between you and the client.... you can only take legal steps to get your money.

Since I now have 3-4 unpaid projects, I have more or less ceased working on 12 Designers until they manage to handle payments the way other sites do.

This is really sad for you. But as the collegue already said - there´s no chance than contacting a
lawyer or throw the project in the dustbin. It depends on your patience
and persistence, if you will go the legal way. I made the experience several times here, too, and it´s of course quite frustrating. In one case, the company even extracted the logo from a packaging design draft, when I trusted them and sent them a pdf for review. They used the logo without paying me anything, neither for the packaging nor the logo... and a few months later they were insolvent. *haha* Karma strikes back. ;)

Keep cool, mihox02. Don´t let your creativity be destroyed by bad clients.

Your problem is similar to my problems. I am the winner of this contest http://www.12designer.com/en/project/6559/details/Logo-Logo-for-new-hotel/ but until now I have not been paid. whereas this project is clearly written ( Prepaid, guaranteed! ). I tried several times to send a message to the 12designers but never responded. :S

Hey everybody,

as long as some misinterpretations appeared, we'd like to bring a sunbeam of light into this question :)

The fact that in a prepaid project the client "releases" the payment does not imply an automatic and immediate effective payment. Payouts are to be handled manually, to make sure every detail is correct and payment comes soft and quick to its final destination: this is, your account. We normally proceed with this payouts twice a week, by checking all the details, the payout queue and effectively proceeding with the steps.

Therefore, when you receive the notification of "client has released payment", please bear in mind that it's not as automatic and quick like that ;)
