Regarding your question, 12designer always verifies client's identity. This process consists in a phone call and a short conversation, in order to state that there is a person behind the project, and to complete any information in briefing, if needed. This process, created to protect your work, may only be problematic in our 12designer projects, where places literally "fly". Nevertheless, this process (and its mail notification) assures certified projects to the community.
