Rest in Summer is not an option... for us

12designer creates its designer Community

Summer has always been a lazy period... Well, maybe for another companies, but definitely not at 12designer. Our IT crowd, in a hard face-to-face vs. code and our nuisance (c'mon, make it thinner, c'mon, change this for me, c'mon c'mon...), has edified from nothing a great new tab. A tab at the front page which is much more than a tab. It's a door to a new world. Well, at least for us.

As you'll see, there's a new tab at the front page, which, in a remarkable originality effort, we've named "Designers". This tab will lead you to our freshly made Designers-Community.

 



What's that "Community" thing? In few words: the best tool to trap client's attention, making your profile the best presentation card. Let's put it so: before, we were like a teenager's room. We got it all there, but it was such a mess. Finding the most voted designer was pretty much like diving under a pile of T-shirts to find a mobile charger. Chaos. A nice, dynamic, fresh and juvenile chaos, but chaos at the end. However, we've grown up this summer, We've become mature. Order has arrived to our lives, and now everything from a designer can be easily found, in a clear and accesible way.

Let's say, you're one of those who think that you're as good as others say you are. Then, you'll be interested in finding and sorting designers by "most valued". Therefore, your option will be "Sort by >>> Community favorite". Afterwards, you'll immediately see designers with more positive votes, which you'll see in that cool-and-tiny green heart on the right side of the card.


Now designer has emerged from the multitude; a client may get in his profile and see how gorgeous that walking-creative talent is... but how will he do that, if that creative talent has not actualized and filled properly his profile? A good profile has a little bio, your design-related education, your  design working-experience... Think about what would convice a client, and make him not an option not to choose you!

As you may see, now our designers community is much more structured, clean and tidy. Somehow, it may have lost its teen chaotic charm, but you can't be an infant all you life, can you?
