We want you to design a word and a symbol logo/brand. The word brand consists of the following words:

la vie
Café | Bar | Lounge

“la vie“ (french: "the life") is the name of the gastronomy. “Café | Bar | Lounge“ represents our offerings and ambiance.

Logo description:
- Design style: The logo should be upper and thus be of high value. To show you our style/imagination, see attached file from some fashion brands.
- Font type: The font type should be upper and modern.

Vielen Dank für die zahlreichen Entwürfe. Gute Arbeit!
Trotzdem haben wir uns für keinen Gewinner entschieden.
Warum? Einige Beispiele:

a) #24 = #93 = #94 = http://www.laviecouture.de/images/logo.jpg

b) ähnliche Schriftarten/Stile: #65 = #121 = #168 = #197 = ...

Schließlich hat uns das Symbol gefehlt, was wir gesucht haben, obwohl gute dabei waren: #115 oder #137

Schlußfolgeurng: Viele Logoentwürfe, aber zu viele ähnliche Stile und das entscheidende Symbol hat gefehlt.

Nochmals: Vielen vielen Dank an alle! Bleibt so großartig wie ihr alle seid!

Nevertheless, we decided to have no winner.
Why? Some examples:

a) #24 = #93 = #94 = http://www.laviecouture.de/images/logo.jpg

b) similar font types/styles: #65 = #121 = #168 = #197 = ...

Last but not least we miss the "symbol", although there are some good ones: #115 or #137

Conclusion: Many logo drafts, but too many similar styles and we miss the "symbol".

Liebe 12designer, es ist endlich an der Zeit, mal darüber nachzudenken, ob nicht generell auf "ohne Garantie" verzichtet werden kann. Es ist ein Unding, dass 405 Entwürfe so einfach in die Tonne fliegen und der sogenannte Kunde ein fantastisches Portfolio besitzt um sein Ziel so billig wie möglich zu erreichen!!! Frohe Ostern!

Und wieder einmal, nicht garantiert“ heißt eben NICHT GARANTIERT“. 576 Entwürfe und nichts dabei??? „Honi soit qui mal y pense“ kann ich da nur sagen.

Zieht blos schnell alle Eure Entwürfe aus diesem enormen Ideenpool zurück, denn: Missbrauch nicht auszuschließen!

Wir hätten den Namen "LA VIE" etwas umbenennen sollen, dann hätten die "ZAHLREICHEN" Logos nicht so viel ähnlichkeiten!

Damit hätte ich nie gerechnet.

Besonders beachtenswert ist der Schnitt von 0/578 bei nur 300.- (nicht garantiert). Es wird mir und uns allen eine Lehre sein.

Bin gespannt, wie das Logo letztendlich aussehen wird.
