re desing of existing logos for 2 spanish construction companies and new logo for another one

Description
We are a group of Spanish construction companies, and actually we have logos for two of them, both logos are over 30 years old and we want to actualize them. On the other hand, we have created a new company dedicated to inmobiliary managements and it doesn´t have logo.
All the logos (two re-disigned and the new one); must be designed in concordance to a group of companies; so they need some detail for corporative imaging.
We wish to mantain some detail similar from the actual ones (may be colour or other ) However the green of the main company is desired to be maintained.
