We think of the logo of being rather simple, probably just designing the name in a special, visual way. The logo should be in black/white with few additional colors. If the logo is designed in color, we also expect a variant of it that can be printed in black and white.

For the "S" i used the "Colonna MT" font. It is not a graphic object, so it is, to my opinion, free to use. I tried it in several designs before.

I only told sebastianmoehrke, that you and me are discussing from time to time, wether using e.g. the Avant Garde font is infringement of copyright or not.

Furthermore you were not the key issue of my conversation with sebastianmoehrke.

... eben - ich auch! Deswegen wollte ich Dir vorsorglich den Rücken stärken. Den auf was hier manche Ihr persönliches Urheberrecht geltend machen, ist in meinen Augen teilweise albern. Dem sollte man sich nicht ständig beugen.

Umgekehrt muss man dem echten Ideen-Klau ernsthaft entgegentreten.

Das Team von 12designer sollte man mit sowas erst beschäftigen, wenn's gar nicht anders geht.

ich denke, in so einem fall sollte sich das team von 12designer einschalten und vermitteln, meinerseits war es ja nur eine vorsichtsmaßnahme darauf hinzuweisen, da ich hier ja schon die ein oder andere diskussion bezügl. plagiat oder nicht verfolgen durfte.
