Hallo,
ich benötige ein Logo für meine Hausverwaltung.
Meine Kunden sind primär Hausbesitzer oder Wohnungseigentümer. Dabei ist mir wichtig, daß wir solide und partnerschaftlich agieren.
Das Logo sollte schlicht und seriös sein und Individualität austrahlen. Pep haben, jung und frisch wirken.
Der Kunde soll durch das Logo vermittelt bekommen, daß wir uns verlässlich und massgeschneidert um seine Immoblie kümmern.
Wiedererkennung ist natürlich auch wichtig, aber das wissen sie ja...
Benötigt wirds für Internetauftritt, Visitenkarte, Briefpapier, Banner, Autobeschriftung (Autofarbe: schwarz, grau; Mini und Touran).
Als Schriftart bevorzuge ich Arial.
Dateiformat: jpg, Bitmap, EPS (zoombar ohne Verlust oder Pixel), psd
PS: Bitte nicht an der aktuellen Website und dem Design/Farbe orientieren, dies ist nur eine Übergangslösung!

many thanks to all of you for impressive work so far!! The huge number of drafts makes it for us as we are not profis in design really hard to decide!
I have extended the project because I think that several of you are on a good way to find the perfect design.
Some information to all of you which become important for us in the last hours:
Color: green like the last drafts.
The Word "HAUSVERWALTUNG" has to come (or to start) before our Name "DIETZ" and should not be interrupted.
Please do not use my first name!
The logo has to be valid for white, grey and black background.
The branding ground should be individual and an eyecatcher BUT easy and fast to recognize for the viewer at the first look. He has to read and understand the rest (the business purpose).
The branding ground has to be CLEARLY linked to the business purpose.
