tmp8 - Logo

Industry: IT

Brief
also in German
changed 17.06.10, 21:37

We require a new logo for our company "tmp8", which is expressed verbally as "temp eight" [phonetic: temp e…™t]. The logo must contain the company name. We have no preferences with respect to upper and lower case letters. We also have no preferences with respect to the color.

The logo style should be dynamic and fresh. The target groups are both managers in the IT business and software developers. The following adjectives characterize us:

- high-value
- "we love what we do"
- ...

Aktuell gefällt uns #401 sehr gut: Schöne Farben, gute Idee.

@akm:
Ich sehe da kein Problem. Hast Du da etwa ein persönliches "Regelproblem"? Mach's besser.
Alles Gute für Deine Augen. : )

Thank you all for the great designs!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for the missing ratings. We updated the briefing again:

No 3D. No shadows. No extreme perspectives. No gradients.

We need something clean but unique.

We are really surprised about the overall quality! Keep on.

Das ist aber jetzt spannend. :-)
Und wie setzt du die Regel mit dem Ich-kann-ihn-schon-bald-nicht-mehr-sehen-Schein um bei #369 ?

Hi figura,
Sorry, I'm not convinced and I forsaw it.
Your #375 isn't so sophisticated as your #239. Needs a lot of revision work cause it's different. And a logo must work for 100%.
However, good luck.

Hi Hobore,
I think that the pure white/black logo also works well.
But to be honest, I designed the logo to be in color or maximum in grayscale.
Anyway, these logos work perfectly on 90% of supports.

@figura:
Sorry, I'm talking about something different.
But you may convince me. Try to submit a version of your design only using pure black and pure white. No grey please. I'm curious.
