What is the experience level "12designer Status"?
A quick overview about creatives' experience collected within 12designer's projects
Our creative community has different experience levels, and therefore, different core expertise points. Beside a cunning man, who knows all the tricks and solves every problem, there will always be a young and passionate creative, starting its path into the creative world.
To show this project experience, collected by creatives during their 12designer participation, we created the 12designer statuses:
- Newbie: recently registered at 12designer
- Junior: from 10 points and 1 project participation onwards
- Promise: from 100 points and 10 project participations onwards
- Senior: from 200 points and 1 project won onwards
- Expert: from 500 points and 5 projects won onwards
Points are collectable either for activity (comments, rating from someone else's proposals...), either for quality of your own work.
We know: it might happen that a super-experienced creative registers him/herself at 12designer and receives automatically a mistaken "Newbie" status. We apologize, but we're only able to track your experience at 12designer. In that case, complete your profile with all the big things you've done in the last years.
Why is that good for clients?
- Optimize resources. Only newbies at your project, and you're willing to get in touch with more experienced creatives? It could be the right moment to upgrade your project, to invite the best creatives to your project or maybe to readjust the project's prize...
- Save time. Each creative has a talent for a specific creative field. Browse who has achieved the best participation-winning rate in similar projects, and invite him/her directly to your project. Even the most urgent project may receive the proper attention.
- Last but not least: a good feeling. Is your creative team a good mixture? Your project shall benefit from experienced creatives' input, aswell as from newbies' fresh ideas. You can check this "mixture" rates looking at the experience level of your creative team.
Which are the benefits of a 12designer Status for the creatives?
- Good work counts. You will achieve a higher level easily with good rating from the community and your projects winning rate. That's how a Newbie will be a Senior soon.
- Feedback from an experienced creative will have a bigger influence in the community and with clients.
- As a creative with a 12designer "Senior" or/and "Expert" status, you will be allowed to take part in the 12premium projects. This new kind of project will be launched in September.
Note: As long as every categorization has its imprecisions, we will be entitled to readjust the levels, if needed. In particular cases, a change in somebody's status may occur. Obviously, any change will be properly notified. In fact, a change in the Senior's winning projects rate is planned (from 1 to 2), as soon as such rate is useful for Italian and French projects too.
