Fight imperfection: 12designer's video is here!

We all do like good things. Good dinners, good wine, good movies, good people, good TV (if it still exists), good series. Some do even like good movies, good literature, or yet more, some are fans of a football team that never wins a trophy but plays delightfully (ok, we concede: that's unusual). Point is, we all love good things.

That's why we've stepped forward, and said it loud: yes, we also love good things.

Yes, that's why we love good design. Good ideas.

And when we were thinking in how to show this out, a camera fell off our pocket and recorded this:

(...ok, fine, it did not fell off our pocket, we let it fall conviniently. We like sincerity, too.)

If you still remember it, we asked at our forum some weeks ago for some horrifying designs. You know, those when you started using Photoshop, that first mock-ups that nobody wanted to buy... with a reason, maybe, but let's leave that out. We didn't ask to make fun of you, or to have a public laugh: now you see it, we wanted them to have a background for our video. At the end, all stickers were looking for a target. Funny thing was, hair-raising designs were already placed at our street, hurting us every day; so, almost all stickable posters are real.

Horribly real.

It's sad that sometimes reality forces to lock up talent and creativity behind walls named "reasonable", "understandable", "bigger-logo" and all further lacks of communicative gentleness. Reality may be so, but if there's something we want to achieve at 12designer is providing something different to the world: starting with our working proceedure, and following with that great results that our creatives offer to clients.

That's why we decided to film this video to shout it clear and loud: design is a lifestyle. A way of seeing things creatively, elegantly, nicely and cleanly. It's this easy: it may not be what you do, but how you do it. There's the big thing. That's how we all can make good things happen.

Alas, here it is. What do you reckon? We will concede, it's not good enough to achieve perfection. Oh well, we concede anything: show us your lifestyle in words ;)

Yours good-ly,

your 12designer Team
